Monash Sonata

I finished my last paper yesterday.

4 months of idle-ness beckons.

If everything turns out according to plan, I am going to have to say bye bye to my campus of 2 years. I have a feeling that I'll be missing everything about the Malaysian Monash campus. A lot.

I have also come to a conclusion that I am one of those people we all love to laugh at, who embarrass themselves when they drink excessively in clubs. Don't judge me.

I had a lot of fun commemorating the end of my second year of uni last night. But I don't like the fact that I'm completely butterfingered when it comes to getting a grip of myself when I am tipsy.

I'll post photos when I get them. Heavily filtered of course. Hah.

I don't know why I'm typing like that. Very choppy. I don't like it. But I can't seem to find a way around it. It must be my mind telling me to sleep. Soon, mind, soon.

Oh. I am going for a trip to Penang on Monday with my uni mates. After a semester of philosophy, social science, anthropology and cultural studies, I think we deserve a break of some sort. Hold your horses and tissue boxes though, I should be back before the end of the 5 working days.

And here's an interesting promo picture for a TV Drama/Soap Series I've got to share:

As you can see, I am the lead character. WL behind me plays the role of a close childhood friend who later fell in love with a girl I was going after. His favourite pastime includes basketball and just hanging out with his friends. K, standing most left, plays the role of the innocent petite girl who finds joy in the simplest of things. As you might be able to guess, she plays the role of the girl who's involved in the love triangle. SJ standing at most right plays the role of the girl who's determined to break my attraction towards the role played by K at all costs. Could it include the attempts of sparking a particular relationship and the subsequent destruction of a friendship? (Oh drama drama).

Aren't we just the greatest actors ever? The poses for our series' promo picture says it all.

Oh don't you just want to watch it already? Or stab me in my face?

"Monash Sonata"

Get it in stores nearby today.

I need to sleep.

Update yo!

Halo everyone! This is an update!

So recently I've been struggling to 'pick myself up off the ground' but I managed to in the end (I think) albeit a lot of internal whines and bitching but hey what the heck right I am after all still 'picked up' successfully in the end wuhoo. Oh oh why why do I notice things like people not being responsive when I share with them my stuff! I am always super responsive (if it's not natural also at least I try!) when it comes to listening lor. Pfft~ I think it's just me. I think I think I think.. people are just not interested OMGZ! sucks to be me boohoo. maybe also cause I complain unnecessarily or too much that people are too bored with it already hahaha. Oh well, either way, still sucks to be me. :/

This is me with my thinking cap on. Hah!

It is actually my improvised hairband! I was telling people how my hair was growing out-of-hand-ish long and it was really annoying (especially while trying to do your work/study on the computer) and because I am not privileged enough to be equipped with any hairbands at home so I had to do with what I had. A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do wtf. Tak ada kaitan.

Random screenshot.

WL captured this because he thought it was amusing. I thought it was an honest explanation but oh well. :/

Hahaha nola in all seriousness. Who among us still look at the keyboard when they type anyway??? Who who who?? *suspicious accusing glares* If you do then I'm sorry. You can take comfort though in knowing that you have a life outside the virtual world. Congrats. Nerdiology101 is me.

Another random screenshot.

WL said I look like a sealion here (huh huh huh where got right??!) but I thought I looked more like "No Face" from "Spirited Away" instead. :/

It's a damn awesome show btw. I watched it several years back and it was seriously quite disturbing lor. I dunno why? Maybe it was the age? But it was certainly not your typical anime. Not in a freaky jump-in-front-of-your-face way la but still... just watch it la omg. I will recommend the original Japanese version and not the English dubbed one. More 'authentic' I guess. :/

From L-R: Anne, Me, TE, TK (wow the last 2 really look so much alike! they could be twins!)

I also had an interesting video conferencing session with my buddies who are all around the world now omg T.T so cool yet so saddening. Anne went all emo and said that this is the closest we could ever be together again wtf. NO OK SO MANY MORE CHANCES IN THE FUTURE. JUST.. JUST.. JUST... TAKE SOME TIME ONLY WHAT BOO.

SJ trying to rape my mic. T.T sigh he was so innocent T.T

Some karaoke fun! Oh ok I totally embarrassed myself without even getting high OMG could you believe it cause I was boyband-ing the whole way through and my imitation of BSB squeaky first verse voice for 'as long as you love me' and romantic giler babi 'i'll never break your heart' failed miserably. I think I went off-key and was.. pitchy in parts. HAHAHAHA wuu~ so technical~

But please admit that my cover of westlife's 'flying without wings' melted hearts! HAHAHA.

Me being very "into it". Omg not a very complimenting angle at all!

Oh oh oh did any of you watched the final race of the season for Formula 1 in Brazil?! OMG! I was so glad I did! I didn't even watch a single race for this season but I've been keeping up with the drivers championship points thingy.

Hamilton and Massa

At first I just randomly streamed the broadcast in my computer online because I knew somewhere at the back of my mind that it was the final race and the pit positions made it very interesting to watch. And also I needed an excuse from my work la. So OMG OMG OMG FINAL 3 LAPS THAT"S ALL I HAVE TO SAY. I"M SO EXCITED I"M GONNA TYPE IN CAPS NOW ALL THE WAY TO DESCRIBE THE FINAL 3 OMG LAPS.

SO HAMILTON NEEDED TO BE 5TH RITE TO SECURE THE DRIVERS CHAMPIONSHIPS IF MASSA WAS IN POLE POSITION WHICH HE WAS LA. SO AFTER A FEW CUTTING AND INTERESTING PITSTOPS IN THE BEGINNING AND THROUGHOUT THE RACE WHICH SAW VARIOUS DRIVERS EXCHANGING POSITIONS, HAMILTON WAS FINALLY 5TH HEADING TOWARDS THE FINAL LAPS OF THE RACE.

AT THIS POINT EVERYONE IN THE MCLAREN CAMP WAS QUIETLY CONFIDENT LAH (INCLUDING ME) SEEING THAT HAMILTON WILL CRUISE TO THE DRIVERS CHAMPIONSHIP AS 5TH CAUSE IT"S NOT EASY TO OVERTAKE ANYWAY HE JUST DOESN"T DO ANY MISTAKES CAN LIAO BUT NO ONE DARE TO SAY ANYTHING IN CASE IT JINXES IT HAH.

THEN THEN THEN THIS VETTEL GUY WAS EXTREMELY CLOSE TO HIM BEHIND HIM LAH. THEN YOU KNOW WHAT I WAS LIKE IT WOULD BE DAMN SAD FOR HAMILTON IF HE LETS THIS VETTEL FELLA CUT HIM SEEING THAT HE WAS SO CLOSE TO BECOMING THE YOUNGEST DRIVER TO WIN THE DRIVER"S CHAMPIONSHIP! THEN OMG YOU KNOW WHAT, WHILE THEY WERE TRYING TO PAST THE BACKMARKERS I THINK THAT"S WHAT YOU CALLED THEM THE DRIVERS WHO WERE OVERLAPPED, MY FAVOURITE DRIVER ROBERT KUBICA DUNO WHAT HE WAS THINKING SCREWED THEM BOTH BY NOT ALLOWING THEM TO PASS (THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO) AND IN FACT KUBICA CUT BACK TO THE FRONT OF HAMILTON AFTER NOT ALLOWING VETTEL TO PASS WHEN HAMILTON PASSED HIM HUH HUH HUH.

THEN THEN THEN WHILE THE COMMENTATORS WERE COMMENTING ON KUBICA"S STRATEGY, THEY SUDDENLY SAID SOMETHING ABOUT HAMILTON GOING WIDE AND OMG MY HEART ALMOST DROPPED WHEN VETTEL SUDDENLY PASSED HIM WITH 3 LAPS TO GO OUT OF 71!!!!!!!

OMG SO KESIAN I WAS LIKE GASPING WIDE AND THINKING WHAT COULD HAMILTON BE THINKING AT THE MO- MUST BE NOTHING MUCH BUT TO GET HIS ASS BACK IN FRONT OF VETTEL CAUSE HE OBVIOUSLY KNOWS MASSA IS IN FRONT LEADING THE PACK OMG.

THEN GOT SHOTS OF THE FERRARI TEAM CHEERING AND JUMPING AND MCLAREN STUNNED STONED GOSH!

SO HAMILTON WAS TRYING HIS BEST AND ALL LA TRYING TO PASS HIM FOR THE NEXT 3 LAPS BUT OMG TO NO AVAIL MAN SO KESIAN. I WAS ROOTING FOR HIM LA. I NEVER KNEW I WAS A HAMILTON SUPPORTER UNTIL I WATCHED. I WAS BITING MY NAILS OMG. I CAN IMAGINE HAMILTON"S "T.T" FACE WHILE TRYING TO PASS VETTEL. LIKE "T.T" "OMG WHAT IS THIS!" "T.T" "GIVE ME BACK MY 5TH PLACE T.T"

THEN FINAL LAP APPROACHED AND HAMILTON WAS STILL BEHIND. AND MASSA. MASSA CROSSED THE FINISHING LINE FIRST! SO OMG FO' SURE MASSA WILL WIN THE DRIVERS CHAMPIONSHIP IF THIS STAYS ON! HAMILTON HAD ONE MORE LAP OR THREE-QUARTER RATHER TO WIN BACK THE RACE! THE PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED QUIET CONFIDENCE MADE A SHOCKING AND SUDDEN COMPLETE 180 AND TRANSFORMED INTO A QUIET ACCEPTANCE OF DEFEAT!

THEN. YOU KNOW WHAT FREAKING HAPPENED? AT THAT POINT OF TIME?

YOU KNOW WHAT???

MY STREAM. DIED.

...........................................

?_?_?_?_?_?!!!

LIKE REALLY LOR OMG!!!

SO I WAS THERE MOUTH GASPED OPEN WIDE AND ALL RESTARTING MY PC AND MODEM AND ALL.. WITH MY MOUTH STILL GASPED WIDE OPEN.

BUT I COMFORTED MYSELF IN KNOWING THAT AT LEAST I WON"T SEE THE HEARTBREAK HAMILTON WILL FACE AND SUFFER PASSING THE CHEQUERED FLAG. AND WHAT"S WORST HAVING TO FACE IT AGAIN AFTER COMING SO CLOSE LAST SEASON ON THE SAME RACE BUT LOSING OUT AGAIN IN THE FINAL RACE. OMG DAMN FRIKKIN' SAD.

SO I FINALLY GOT BACK ON AND THEN I KNEW I WAS TOO LATE TO RE-OPEN MY STREAM SO I OPENED UP A SPORTING WEBSITE LOR IN HOPES OF SEEING WHAT HAPPENED.

THEN YOU KNOW WHAT I SAW? HAMILTON CROWNED DRIVERS CHAMPION. HUH HUH HUH? IS THIS ASSUMPTIVE REPORTING OR WHAT? POSTED EARLIER CAUSE THEY NEVER KNEW OR EXPECTED THE DRAMA BEHIND AND IN THE FINAL LAPS. SO I DIDN"T BOTHER MUCH THEN I LOGGED BACK ON MY STREAM LA RITE TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEN I SAW SCENES OF THE MCLAREN CAMP CELEBRATING AND THE COMMENTATORS CONGRATULATING THE YOUNGEST DRIVER CHAMPION IN F1 HISTORY.

???????????????????????????????!

OMG HE REALLY WON OMG OMG OMG!!! BUT HOW HOW HOW? HOW WAS IT POSSIBLE?? HOW DID HE PASS VETTEL WITH SO LITTLE TRACK LEFT TO GO! WAS THERE A MISTAKE SOMEWHERE, IF SO BY WHO?!

THEN AFTER WATCHING CONTINUOUS REPLAYS AND ALL I REALISED THE DRIVER WHO WAS 4TH SUDDENLY SLOWED AND BOTH VETTEL AND HAMILTON PASSED THAT FELLA AND HAMILTON ENDED UP 5TH!!!

OMG!!!!!!!!! CAUSE THAT GUY WHO SLOWED WAS ON DRY TIRES WHEN IT RAINED AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMGGGGGGGGGG WHAT IS THIS? KARMA? RETRIBUTION? THE MOST KANCHEONG RACE BATTLE WITH COUNTLESS OF TWISTS IN THE DYING LAPS OF THE RACE??

ULTIMATE ROLLERCOASTER OF EMOTIONS!!!

I DONT KNOW MAN I WAS BOTH STUNNED AND HAPPY. THEY SHOWED SCENES OF THE FERRARI TEAM CELEBRATING TOO WHICH SUDDENLY TURNED INTO AN AWKWARD CONFUSION AND OMG QUITE KESIAN LOR BUT I DUNO LA I NEVER LIKED FERRARI THAT MUCH TO BEGIN WITH ANYWAY SO I THINK I FELT HAPPIER THAT A MCLAREN CLINCHED IT. MAYBE CAUSE THERE WERE SCENES OF NICOLE SCHERZINGER IN THE MCLAREN CAMP CELEBRATING TOO SO HAPPY FOR HER AND THEM T.T

SO OKLA GOT ALOT MORE THINGS I CAN SAY ABOUT THE RACE BUT TOO LONG LIAO AND I DOUBT EVERYONE WANTS TO KNOW SO IF U WANNA KNOW GIMME A NUDGE OF MSN AND I CAN SHARE WITH YOU THEN LA. IT"S ABOUT THE CELEBRATION OF HAMILTON"S FAMILY AND MASSA"S HOMETOWN CROWD AND PRESS CONFERENCE AND SOME MORE HAHA!

I THINK I MIGHT HAVE FALLEN FOR F1 AGAIN!! LIKE HOW I DID A COUPLE OF YEARS BACK. WE"LL SEE HOW IT GOES NEXT YEAR!

OK BAI FOLKS!

HOPE YOU ENJOYED THIS POST (EVENTHOUGH IT IS NOT MY DUTY TO MAKE YOU FEEL ENJOYABLE) WITH THE UPDATES ON MY LIFE FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS IN THE BEGINNING AND THIS LITTLE COMMENTARY IN THE END!

To those needing just that little bit of strength:

You know I rarely share videos.

So when I do, you can be sure that they're of an out-of-this-world quality. Most of them aesthetically of course, with jaw-dropping, stomach-churning, heart-wrenching impacts..

This video by my favourite band ever, is not so much as mind-boggling-impactful-bomb-shocker-woah as the previous', if that makes any sense at all.. does it does it?

Anyway as I was saying, this video by my favourite band ever (you can say whatever you like I don't care) has a much more explicit message, and the key lies in the song itself for me.. through the music.. lyrics.. delivery.. etc.

I listened to the song at first without knowing the message behind it and I loved it. Then after finding out why or how the song was created, I loved it even more.

Then after watching the video, it makes so much more sense.

According to Wikipedia, "lead singer Pierre Bouvier has stated in interviews that the song deals with his brother's battle with cancer."

Having a relative with the disease, it is certainly easy for me to relate to the various people, campaigns, organizations and songs out there raising awareness about cancer and ultimately giving strength to patients who might be undergoing treatment. It is a very, VERY grueling process lemme tell you and you can only do so much standing in the stands giving your support. And every ounce of it do count.

I am not trivializing any other problems anyone else could be facing here and I am also not trying to preach cancer awareness or anything similar.

But all I want to say is that life can be such a bitch most of the times and sometimes, just sometimes, all we need to survive the ordeal or day even is someone who when you fall or stumble down, he or she'll pick you up off the ground, or when you lose faith in you, he or she'll give you the strength to pull through.

Simple Plan, Save You
. Enjoy.

To those who are attached:

Do watch this video. Even if you're not, watch it anyway.

p/s: When I say watch, I meant WATCH. Not letting it play at the background while you go do other stuff. That's 'listen', not 'watch'.

Unhealthy

I think if I'm not the epitome of unhealthy eating habits, I don't know what is.

So it's no big secret(I wrote in my messenger's personal message) that I've been spending ridiculously more time than anyone really should in uni attempting to complete my group assignment - which happens to be a TV news feature production.

A little note on the assignment: It's TAXING. EXHAUSTING. DRAINING. EVERYTHING TIRING PUT TOGETHER!

We started feeling the pinch as early as on the second day of production. And we haven't even gotten to the editing part yet at that point.

What they tell you about spending all those time in the editing room. It's true. And ours was just a 15mins feature story. I cannot imagine the editing processes for a 2-3 hours film - particularly with all the effects and all. But then again, I'm specifying Hollywood here and knowing HOLLYWOOD with all its multi-million budget, equipments and humongous crew.. hmm..

So my group members and I hunted down people in shopping malls for interviews, made security guards give us suspicious stares, made random shoppers give us suspicious stares, risked getting beaten up for filming people without their permissions, risked getting thrown out of the shopping mall for filming illegally, shopped in Pavilion(???), ate free authentic granny's cooking, interviewed a granny and a granddad, laughed our socks off filming two self-made commercials, camped in the uni's multimedia lab, kena halau-ed from the m-lab twice by the guards, and after all that and the editing stuff later, not only did our 'tenaga jatuh' but our 'harga' pun jatuh.

Nola in all seriousness, we did learn a lot and had a good time producing our feature. (yea right la *rolls eyesx300*)

I think I drifted a little too far from what I wanted to say so back to my unhealthy eating habits la.

I'll list what I had so judge for yourselves wuu~

2 days ago:

Breakfast
Fruit Juice

Lunch
Fried Instant Noodles, Kopi Ais

Dinner

MCD - Spicy Chicken McDeluxe set.

1 day ago:
Breakfast
Fruit Juice

Lunch@5:00pm(?)

Tuna Bun

Dinner
4 slices of Pizza.

Today:
Breakfast

Lunch
-

Dinner

Korean Food.

Supper <- (hah! look I cheated!)
McNuggets, McFlurry Oreo.

Sigh.

The fruit juices better compensate for the lack of minerals and zat-zat.

And I would try to get the feature up on YouTube asap! But don't expect it too soon lar okay. I still have an essay to write OMG TALKING ABOUT THE ESSAY WTF WTF WHY ARE WE LIKE ONE OF THE ONLY PEOPLE LEFT IN THE UNI STILL HAVING ASSIGNMENTS TO DOOOOO!! EVERYONE BUSY PREPARING FOR THEIR EXAMS BUT BUT BUT HERE I AM BORROWING BOOKS FROM THE LIBRARY AND ACCESSING WEBSITES I DON'T NORMALLY ACCESS FOR POINTS AND EXAMPLES AND ANALOGIES NOOOOOO!

.. okay. I still have an essay to write and also the video file is quite huge. 2-3gb OMG GOT OR NOT AH. So until I find a way to convert it.. Make it smaller or something. Does YouTube allow videos more than 10 mins? I know they didn't.. but recently I've seen videos going over by a significant amount so... I duno.

So most prob after all that hassle bassle you would prob see that video in 1-2 mths time or something la hah!

But then again.. knowing me.. it'll probably appear much earlier than that. O_O

OMG I DID IT AGAIN. Talking damn alot then contradict myself with a simple statement in the end.

Haih. Bai la. A little headache.

Gonna get my much-needed and deserved rest now.

Goodbai.

Sympathize Me

My eyes are about to bulge out.

My nose is about to drop off.

My head is about to crack open.

My body finally gave in, and I've now fallen sick. I knew this day would come, but I wish it was slightly later.

But I shall rise above. And be strong. And pass this passing obstacle successfully woo!

Here is a picture I left out (intentionally, probably) from the last post:

Oh why oh why is my workload never ending.

4:02PM

4.02PM..

Alone in my room.

Listening to inspirational songs, asking me to go higher. And higher some more.

4:03PM..

Singer sounds like on the verge of tears.

.
.
.

Song ends.

*

I just got back from a short de-stress trip.

I told a friend last night I was going to meet her this morning at 11.30AM before I went to bed at 10:30PM. I was pretty sure I wouldn't be late (as usual) considering that I should have had enough sleep and be freshly awake at that time.

But I wasn't. I received a phone call at 12PM plus a couple of missed calls and I almost froze. I quickly returned the call and apologized frantically.

I made it at 12:40PM.

I felt so bad.

I slept for 13 and a half hours. And even then I didn't even wake up naturally. The phone calls woke me up. I remember vividly waking up before the sun even rose and I wasn't quite sure what time that was but I remember feeling still pretty tired at that time and I was quite sure it was just the natural body clock I've been setting kicking in considering the little amount of hours I've been sleeping for the past many days.

Fatigued. And my exhaustion continues..

Really, I am tired both physically and mentally and it shows. I cannot really consciously feel it, but I know it's there. I should also note that I am very thankful for the random trip which happened because not only did it allow me to take a break from the things which are weighing heavily down on me but it was also because of that very trip that I actually finished one of my assignments before I left. Richmond correctly said that my assignment would probably still not be completed by now if I hadn't actually gone for the trip.

I'm strange like that. I need things like that to trigger and knock my senses out because discipline is not something I possess unfortunately. I certainly hope I have it though.

Oh. Now "Always" by Bon Jovi is playing.

Goodbye.

Saya Budak Malaysia

Oh Tuhan, kenapa Bahasa saya teruk sangat?

Saya "TAG":-
1. Semua orang yang sedang baca post ni. Jikalau masih baca la. :/

Semoga Berjaya!

Sehingga berjumpa lagi.

Sekian, terima kasih.

Filler Joke

Been procrastinating, lazing and mood-less. So here's something funny to read (at least to me) people might want me to share.

------

Mr. Perkins, the biology instructor at a posh suburban girl's
junior college, said during class, "Miss Smythe, would you
please name the organ of the human body, which under the
appropriate conditions, expands to six times its normal size,
and define the conditions."

Miss Smythe gasped, then said freezingly, "Mr. Perkins, I don't
think that is a proper question to ask me. I assure you my
parents will hear of this!" With that she sat down red-faced.

Unperturbed, Mr. Perkins called on Miss Johnson and asked the
same question.

Miss Johnson, with composure, replied, "The pupil of the eye,
in dim light."

"Correct," said Mr. Perkins. "And now, Miss Smythe, I have
three things to say to you.

"One, you have not studied your lesson. "Two, you have a dirty
mind. "And three, you will some day be faced with a dreadful
disappointment."

The Uni Ball and Its Afterparty

Signs you are getting old, or rusty:-

  • When you come back from a club feeling partially deaf.

  • When you come back from a club feeling dizzy after having the lights go dim dark bright dim dark bright repeat sequencex300 on you.

  • When you come back from a club feeling like you've just hiked a mountain, after having to groove to the music for only the first couple of songs, then having your legs feeling heavy and almost dying on you and your mind wandering to somewhere irrelevant and far away, like your bed.

Hello. Currently, my ears feel so blocked, my legs feel so sore and my head feels so spinny it isn't funny. Not at all.

Off-topic: What's the worst thing about opening your bag and having a black bug(presumably the world's greatest fiend, the cockroach), jumping out and crawling to somewhere between your stacks and stacks of university books.

The fact that it is still somewhere in my freaking room of course. ARGHHHHHH!! HOW TO SLEEP IN PEACE KNOWING THAT A COCKROACH IS ROAMING AROUND MY ROOM AHHHH.

    AND DON'T JUDGE ME!

I know people must be thinking why Alex always got cockroach encounters stories to tell one.

It's not because I'm dirty ok! I dunno why also. If can I also don't want please. Sigh.

I don't think I'm even half as dirty as the dirtiest person around lor. In fact I can be quite obsessive compulsive when it comes to cleanliness. To a certain extent.

But anyway, stupid cockroach in my room. Nooooo.

Back to the original topic: Euphoria by MOS was.. quite decent. (sorry joe! it was part of my uni ball!)

I actually liked the dizzy-fying lighting effects. Made us feel like the whole lot of us were doing a robot dance. And it's also good for shy people like myself! It won't make your dancing that obvious and even so, you will actually look like you know what you're doing LOL.

One thing about Euphoria is their music. Personally, not a huge fan of electro-techno-trance thingy. Sorry I dunno the difference and to be honest I don't really care.

And even their RnB room had only like what, 50% of RnB. IF that was the RnB room la.

So if there is a reason why I didn't really thoroughly put myself to dance throughout the night, that could be it. Lawl.

And why so crowded one? Merdeka Eve? How come people before complained about the lack of people when today was certainly quite the opposite? O_o

And oh yea I didn't even need to sip any alcoholic drink to start dancing! That's progress for you. I only had a few sips of beer during the night and even then, was AFTER the dancing. Wooo~

I actually thought the ball was pretty good. I mean, I am not exactly mr.critical when it comes to judging events I attend but the food was above average(for me), the performances weren't second grade(for me again), and I was QUITE entertained throughout the night. So I don't see how much more I can ask for.

I'll post some photos when I get them. I'll try to at least. If I remember. Or feel like it the next time. Hahaha.

Ok ok. My blogging mood disappearing already. So bai bai.

    Of Me and Beijing 2008

I get emotional watching the medal ceremony of the Olympic Games. What is wrong with me?!

I cannot help but 'risk' 'almost' tearing up witnessing the medalists accepting their medals and having the most sincere and genuine of smiles ever printed on their faces. All their hard work paying off and how proud they must feel at that very moment. And watching them tearing up while their national anthem is played especially when the camera fades between the faces of the medalists and the national flag just kills me. Full stop.

After every medal ceremony without fail, I will have this sudden burst of determination to take up a sport and aim to be on the podium one fine day. But of course, it is too late for that now. But it doesn't hurt to dream.

I WANT TO BE A MEDALIST ON THE WORLD STAGE T_T I THINK I WONT JUST TEAR UP BUT BAWL LIKE A CRAZY BABY IF I WAS INDEED THERE BY SOME STROKE OF GOOD, OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD FORTUNE T_T

    sigh.

A few days back after witnessing one of the many medal ceremonies, I turned to my parents and asked them why didn't they make me take up a sport when I was much younger so they can have an extra thing about me they can be proud of. And of course so that I can ACTUALLY go through the exact same thing the medalists I saw on TV went through!

They shrugged. Then sniggered. I love my parents. T_T

APPARENTLY, I was encouraged to but for some reason.. I am where I am today. Dot dot dot.

SIGH.. *thinks of a sport I can take up now which doesn't require much finesse and it won't be too late*

Shooting. No interest. No talent also the last time I checked.
Archery. Needs some strength I think to pull the bow.
Swimming, badminton, cycling, martial arts. LOL.

Golf? I know they have a senior tour for the pros. :-| And I read somewhere a few days back they might introduce golf to the Olympics! OMG IS THIS A SIGN.

But alot of pros started young. Like Tiger Woods duh. +_+ But I'm sure NOT ALL started golfing before they could even walk properly right right right?

Haha. This will be another sudden determination thing down the drain in a few weeks or perhaps even days time. Oh well, at least it is nice to dream once in a while. Keep my much-needed spirit up at times. Boo.

And oh yea, the Italian national anthem is damn wowowoowow! They have like some Mozart(I know he's not from Italy stfu), orchestra, thingy in the beginning then some awesome melody later when the vocals(think so) actually come in. But that particular melody part sounds damn familiar I think it's some famous composition in the music world. But the music illiterate me wouldn't know it of course..

So we didn't get to hear the Negaraku in Beijing 2008. :/ So we didn't get to see history in the making yet. But I'm quite positive that day will come.. relatively soon. Actually, I think it is good in a way as it actually greatly heightens up the hype for the future first gold medalist from Msia.

And it be could from golf. From me.

My dream is still alive! Hurray! Hahahahaa.

    Conversation with K

    *

    I self-inflicted myself

and it hurts so badly now

and I can't turn back time

and the fact that I have to do so much more

    under so much pain

    is almost unbearable.

    *

Why do I have to be tougher than others now

    cause I self-inflicted myself

    why did I do that

    cause I'm stupid

    and ignorant

    and lousy

    and a failure to myself

    and to everyone around me.

    *

    but I deserve it

I made a promise to myself

    and the people around me

that I will not repeat what I did last sem

    but it's just so difficult

and the longer i prolong it

the more painful my suffering become

and the harder it is to do.

    *

    It's almost poetic.

It's not just about the assignments. It's how I cannot muster enough strength to be responsible enough, to be disciplined enough. Guess I will not really grow up and break out of the shell until I find a way around this obstacle.

It's almost poetic. My pain, that's what.

    Thursday, August 14, 2008

    Hello

Hello everyone. It's a gloomy evening here in Malaysia just like any other typical gloomy evenings we have over here.

I am doing great, like always, well somewhat anyway, and no I have not slit my wrists or sunk into depression.

The recent posts in my blog might suggest otherwise but I think one important thing people who are actually concerned ought to know is that I like to sometimes see my blog as some sort of alter, inner, subconscious ego of myself which is often exaggerated, extreme and crazy. And it is important to express that ego in one way or another in order for me to remain sane and stay the person I am today.

That's my way of self-control and living in this world I guess. So people shouldn't read too much into posts like that! Hohoho.

But I do appreciate very much the concern and advices shown. Tankiu! I feel very cared for! Wahaha.

Putting that aside.. once and for all,

I am now in the much dreaded period of my semester in university. There is just so much to write and so much to do and so much to think about that it is unavoidable that I can survive the period without heavier eyebags or thumping headaches. Boo. =(

I had a resolution this semester to not hand up assignments overdue anymore unlike last sem and it is a resolution I am still determined to fulfill because handing up assignments late sucks to the core and the many marks I could have gained are lost as a result.

I also had a resolution to try and complete assignments early and doing all that while maintaining a healthy bodyclock but wtf. I guess I have to be realistic and take one thing/resolution at a time. Stfu, at least I'm trying.

On a sidenote, glad I got that part which was bothering me settled even though it was not done in the best possible way I would have hoped for but at least it is pushed under the carpet at least for now.

Time to start working. I might have the mood to brighten up the dark blog literally with photos soon! No promises though.

    The Annoying Funny Feeling

Sometimes, I just wish time would freeze as it is.

I would gladly continue being the underachieving kid I am, the kid with the unhealthy lifestyle, and all other things negative about me now as long as I get the people around me to stay and never leave me in any ways whatsoever.

I hate the fact that people have to grow old and venture into their own ways one fine day.

I hate the fact that it is unpropable that I wake up everyday feeling at ease, comforted to know that the people around you are still around you.

I hate the fact that we don't have the luxury of hanging out with the same company every single day until the day we die.

I hate the fact that we don't appreciate the people around us until they leave us.

I remember somewhat clearly one night a few years back when I was just lying on my bed before dozing off thinking about how lonely I was. It was during the time when I went to school everyday feeling like I had no one to confide to, no one who genuinely cares about me. It wasn't like I had no friends, depending on how you choose to define that term, but I felt everything was just so.. insincere.

I remember tears rolling down my cheeks after the thought struck me about how the siblings I grew up with and spent my whole childhood with were no longer a room or two away. And nothing is ever going to be the same again.

And now the feeling has crept back.

I don't know how people might take or interpret this; but I'm gonna say it anyway.

I hate the fact that I have very limited or no one around me who takes genuine concern about how or what I'm doing, no one who would reach out their hands when I am down, no one who would express gratitude for the things I do for them, no one who would show sincere concern over my feelings, over my problems, over my life.

I don't know why, but at times, I just blame whoever's responsible up there and think that this is not something I am blessed with unlike the many other people in this world.

I hate the fact that the very few people I can place my trust on are leaving or have already gone and ventured to their very own paths in life.

And that nothing is ever, going to be the same again.

We will all grow old, start working, meet new 'friends', and have other people in our lives to care about.

Sometimes, I just wish time would freeze as it is. I really do.

I am not writing this so that people can come to me and say they care or they are sincere and they love me. I also know how stupid I sound thinking like the pathetic kid whom nobody in this world loves. It is just among the many things that I feel I have to let out before I explode inside. Of course, you might not agree and accuse me of sympathy-seeking, it's your prerogative. I also understand the implication this post might have on the people who are actually affected by it. It might change things, and that is supposed to be a good thing for me. But to be completely honest, it really isn't. If anything, any change now as a resultant effect of this post would only equal to more insincerities.

It is ironic that when I actually see posts like this on other blogs, I immediately raise my eyebrow and laugh at their pathetic-ness.

I guess I can take comfort in distributing this token of redemption - now people can laugh at me, if they haven't already.

I don't know why I feel the need to be loved and cared about so badly.

I don't know why I feel so freaking deprived of everything.

I don't know where other people are getting their support pillars from.

I don't know why I feel so fking miserable, almost all the fking time.

    Those Little Irreversible Things

At times, no matter how much, how tempting, or how painful it might be, the wisest option is to suck it all in, and hold back. Regardless of how good you might feel at that very moment, and for that short span of time after.

Only because there are certain actions in life which are irreversible. And no matter how hard you try, or how long you wait after that, it will not and never be the same anymore. Never ever in our limited lifetimes.

It is simply not worth it.

Never let your emotions take control no matter what, that's my little piece of advice coming from experience.

Sounds obvious enough but it really isn't.

Somewhat ironically those little irreversible things are the very essences of what forms or constitutes a particular relationship between two human beings. Good or bad, negative or positive, thoroughly dependent on 'those little irreversible things'.

More the reason to keep 'those little irreversible things' under control..

And not let your emotions decide who you like or dislike, and vice versa.

If only our life isn't so dependent upon relationships with other people.

Hear it from me, I learnt it the hard way.

    Piercing Stares

If I stop judging, will I stop being judged?

As a sidenote, stop branding, labeling and essentializing me you ignorant fools.

After a thoughtful consideration, I think I would do with one person liking me versus wanting the whole world to.

Then again, I'm not so sure. But I shall shape my life according to that belief now.

Why are some people in the world so goddamn gifted and talented? What's worst is when you actually thought you had a particular ability or talent only to have it rudely taken away from you when you realized that your virtually non-existent abilities are remarkably inferior to those other people you meet later in life.

So where does that put me?

Not in a very good place - that's for sure.

    The Past Relived

Today I did the unthinkable and cut my hair.

    "Wtf?" You might be thinking.

    "Wtf," I say.

It's the shortest ever since I left school.

The verdict? Still need some getting used to I reckon. Even for myself.

Just do me a favor and don't comment or say anything about my hair until... 4 weeks later. By that time if you have not already gotten used to it, my hair would probably grow back to its normal ordinary comforting self again anyway.

So before you laugh, snigger, or scoff when you see me the next time, have a careful consideration and think of my self-esteem thanks.

Else, don't blame me when I start bursting into tears and bawl right in front of you. Even in public. Nola, I won't do that. But I might just sulk in a corner or worst yet, immediately walk or run away from whatever place I would be at and seek refuge in some solitary confinement wherever that might be.

I'm sure you don't want to see that happening.

Then again, maybe you would. Whatever it is, just.. don't.. say.. anything.

I am overly self-conscious, I know. I also know I am very weak mentally, so enough of that already.

Truth is, I don't think anyone would care about my hair as much as I think they would. So that's being self-absorbed on my part. And secondly, I don't even hate my new hair. So who am I kidding.

There you go, a waste of your time reading a redundant, pointless post.

    Welcome to alexycy.blogspot.com.

    Amazing

Almost one full week after my return from my trip, I still have not slept satisfactorily. By that, I mean no more than.. 8 hours.

Shit man. While everyone is all geared up and freshened for the new semester, I had a miserable first week feeling like crap.

And I also have been substituting my previously mentioned 2-weeks absence with late night outings every night from the day my semester started.

As a result, I have thumping headaches every now and then.

    Why liddat.

    dot dot dot.

so lazy to post photos or type any longer. dunno y. maybe after i get my required rest i'll bore everyone with those things again.

why so serious. let's put a smile on that face. the dark knight was pretty cool. was i the only one who felt some parts were draggish. okla it was good but why everyone rate and review it until so 'kua cheong'. weird, i must have missed something in the film. :/

    Way to go

Missed my first lecture of the new semester.

So much for my resolutions right?

    Wrong.

Cause it wasn't my fault. Not entirely anyway. It was the police's.

Stupidly set up road blocks for nothing. Spawned massive congestion everywhere. Causing their very own citizens to suffer and get late for work and school and university. Equals people doing less work. Equals low productivity. Equals children not learning anything. Equals children failing their exams. Equals low country progress. Equals rubbish authorities.

This will never happen anywhere else.

Truly and uniquely Malaysian I say.

Arrived in Malaysia 12 hours ago.

Haven't even unpack my stuff but have to start thinking about attending class tomorrow.

What to wear, what to do, what to say, where to sit, how to react, how to talk, how to present myself.

ONE MORE WEEK OF LAZING AT HOME WILL BE THE PERFECT RECOVERY TIME.

I'm tanned, sick, hair's messy, mentally tired and just not prepared.

It's back to uni again. Sien oh!

    Sem 1, Year 2

    My results suck.

Mostly due to a certain lecturer and more particularly my lateness in assignment submissions.

    So it's mostly my fault.

Guess I can only look forward to next sem now. I mean it. No, really. I shall be back with a vengeance. You just watch.

    Pathetic Lies

    I got damn ill today.

Woke up after a few hours of sleep feeling like I was about to puke. Had diarrhoea. And eventually my body gave in and I puked too. Which says a lot because I am not normally a puker. Not in the last 10-15 years anyway. :/ I really tried holding it in but I couldn't. I didn't want to puke because I thought the feeling will suck but it turned out a little better than I thought it would be. Oh well.

Feeling better now but still not completely healed I think. Worst timing ever I say. I looked ragged during my brother's convocation thanks to that. And looked like crap in the family portrait. Looked every inch the sick man I was. During the whole ceremony, I felt like I was about to collapse and my head was thumping like crazy. All I wanted at that time was to lie on my bed and fall deep asleep. But thankfully it resided a little and I feel better now. Fingers crossed I would go back feeling like a million dollars tomorrow. But then again, I never felt like a million dollars before.

On another note, when will the lies stop I wonder to myself sometimes. It's strangely offensive too seeing that people actually think I'm that stupid and ignorant. And am I ready to face the undeniable, I dunno. But I guess until the day it really affects me, and the day that I do not care that much anymore, I would try my best to have things remain the way they are, even though they might hurt me in the worst ways possible.

Maybe it's not that irrelevant to my earlier point afterall. Maybe the illness came as a resulting effect from the things I bottle up inside.

I should sleep now. Hopefully I would feel much better tomorrow.

    Both physically and psychologically.

    Missed Point

Oh btw, may I add that..

Summer in England is ridiculous. They would never need air-conditioning ever over here because I think the temperature never goes above 20 degrees Celsius. I don't know the exact numbers but all I know is that it certainly goes against the stereotype of summer being the season where everyone dresses skimpily and swat flies and wear shades and complain about the heat. Wtf really.

Maybe this assumption is only apt for certain parts of England but still.

And it's true. It's always dark and gloomy here. And wet too.

At times like these you wish for the sun. During the sunny times however, you wish for weathers like these.

    So hard to please.

    -alexeO-

    Reporting In

    Elo.

I just got back to my brother's crib so all's good atm.

Kena penetrated by the sun during my Greece holiday like giler babi so now skin damn lousily tanned and abit sunburnt all over.

I can and am going to generalise that Greece is the land of the casual Mediterranean-looking angmoh whose people are as law abiding as Malaysia's surprisingly enough because I always thought the people from angmoh lands are usually very law abiding and punctual and all but Greece is actually pretty different.

Casual because the people are very selekeh there and the guys mostly have unkept facial hair and also both the guys and the girls dress as though they are about to go for a swim anytime.

And not to mention freaking hot too. But the islands are beautiful nonetheless. Photos up soon.

And I also want to generalise that UK is the epitome of angmoh-ness. You can never get more angmoh than UK. Even the Americans are not as angmoh because their forefathers were mostly Brits anyway, I think.. so they aren't that..pure. So anyway, the accent here is damn 'kau' and basically they are just very.. angmoh la. Dunno how to explain yawnz zzz. Maybe cause they speak the original English here and they eat English breakfast for breakfast zzz or they are whiter than normal zzz.

Oh and before I forget.. the people in Greece aren't exactly very friendly. I didn't feel welcomed at all from the time I reached the country. Before you say anything, it's not just me la shaddup. They aren't known for being that hospitable anyway. And add to the fact that... I'm yellow. Ok maybe I shudn't judge like that but hey, that's the way the world goes.

The people in the UK are much more friendlier even though you certainly cannot apply that to every single person here. I kena sounded by a lady when I wanted to buy mineral water in a shop in London kesian betul T_____T How I know the line is one split to two one.. Where I'm from, we don't even have a line T____T But to be honest it's just me being sensitive and overly self-conscious as usual.

This post damn Malaysian. Purposely one.

I just checked my uni timetable. Yay got all my first allocated choices. Shud be thankful. But exam results out soon sigh.

Anyone back home miss me yet? Haha. Fishing for self-esteem booster. Let me be!!!11

Why isn't anyone updating the blogs back home. When I was back there update so often eventhough got no significance! I wanna know what's happening!! Fuiyo. Sounding as if I was away for few centuries long liddat. But really I miss the comfort of home. :/

It's damn late now sigh. 10am Malaysian time. I'm damn tired. I don't wanna sleep cause I don't feel like it. And I know I'm gonna regret if I do need to wake up early tmr.. not sure if I need to yet though. But even with that knowledge, I am still not sleeping. Problematic child.

Oh btw. Emirates Stadium was a blast. I loved every inch and metre and centimetre and millimetre of it. Cause I'm biased like that. Photos up soon #2.

I think I'll head to bed now.

    C ya.

    The Long Lost Black Sheep

I've always wanted to avoid the truth but I guess denial can only go so far.

I try and try and force myself every single time. It was a struggle and still is a struggle and will be a struggle as long as I want it to be. As long as I need it to be.

It hurts a lot. And it takes up a lot of me that I cannot deny. I was never ready to share it with anyone and maybe I should have had. But the options I have are either so scarce or non-existent.

So what do I do now? I remind myself all the time. And the only answer which continuously appear is the one asking me to continue striving and hurting myself as long as I live, as long as the days go by. It is almost making me wanting to kneel down, and pray hard that this is all just a dream which I will wake up from one fateful day. And realising that day will never come is like having a thousand knives stabbing me right into the very core of my heart.

My personality cannot cope. I feel bad for everything that is happening. I feel like I am the only one fighting a lost cause and everyone else is on the other side.

It does not help feeling like you're alone in something. It hurts so much I am so afraid it'll all explode into a million fragments one day without my will.

The worst part of it all will most certainly be the part when I thought I had a fleet of people behind me versus the single odd one but it has dawned upon me that there is no me and my fleet versus the odd one. But instead, I have become the odd one now and it is me against everyone else.

It aches me to know that it was not always like this.

You do not need to go very far to fully comprehend the entire picture.

    I simply do not belong.

And that pains me to the very core.

    Goodbye, Malaysia

Ok. In a couple of hours time.. I will be in a plane leaving to..............

    .
    .
    .

... the UK for a holiday!

Ok like nobody knows that already. But I thought I could frighten some of you guys who thought I would be heading overseas to study ma.. Not yet, but soon enough that day will come. Shit dowan to think about it.

Anyway, this holiday of mine will be a pretty long one too as I'll be back a day before the semester begins so that's definitely a long enough time to miss me hah. Kinda crappy seeing that it is basically gonna take up the rest of my semester break but hey, who am I to complain. I get to go on a vacation.

So I most probably wouldn't get to see any of you guys anymore for the next 2 weeks or so and for sure I'll miss the most of you! (haha words carefully selected)

The main purpose of this trip would to be attend my brother's convocation and the holidaying is just to 'tumpang' this trip. But cannot help but feel darn excited after hearing about the places I'm about to go. By the end of this trip, I should be able to share with everyone my experiences in... exotic Greece, Dubai for a couple of days and the most of all... EMIRATES STADIUM THE HOME TO ARSENAL FOOTBALL CLUB.

I should be taking a stadium tour if all goes well and if I'm not mistaken that'll include visits around the stadium and to the players' changing room and stuff. Shit shit shit. Fabregas' sweat. HAHAHAHA.

    Super excited.

Gonna take pics for sure. But does that mean more Series(s) for this blog? Lol. Will amount to be damn alot for sure. And my Japan one still incomplete summore. :(

And I still haven't blog about my Melaka trip but no time already! So here's the link to the albums I posted on Facebook. Read the captions. After browsing through the entire 2 albums while reading the caption, it's almost already like a blog entry. Actually, it IS in fact quite detailed so I don't know how much more extra I can blog about.

  • Album #1

  • Album #2

I guess that should be all.

Oh btw, I managed two(2) complete posts and one(1) incomplete post before this. So read them all if you want to.

Don't miss me too much when I'm away buddies. And if time permits, I should be able to blog sometime in the next 2 weeks in my brother's house.

So stay tuned for updates from the other side of the world.

    Rawr.

    C y'all soon enough.

    Alex the Bowler

    *Ok, next.

Ok this is going to be a shameless post.

Remember how I said my bowling improved drastically? Well actually it still kinda suck la if compared relatively to other people but hey, it's an achievement for me. So once again.. LET ME BE!!!!!11 Hmmph. >_>

Because people might not believe me, this is the evidence rawr:

Triple digits babeh. The other scores are liquified upon several requests. Haha.

    From my second game:

Ok lah. Almost there.. hahaha still one of my better scores.

Wahahaha I actually think I found several reasonings behind it..

    For one,

I actually think I am not that bad in ball-games(games with balls) all these time?? HAHA. Really man. I mean.. putting aside my lack of agility or speed... I can actually play ball-games pretty well that's IF I actually spend time playing it. Just because I don't or refuse to play the games doesn't mean I would naturally suck in them right right right?

Ok secondly.. which has a little relevance to the first point.. I think right.. I am those type who will become very consistent and good in a certain ball-sport after warming up! Ok maybe this applies to everyone else in this world as well.. but it's pretty much a proven theory with me. All I need is to play that particular sport for a while, depending on how long I hadn't played it, then I would be very consistent in it and all. Wait I know this sounds like the most basic general thing in the world but it's a little more.. specific with me. GAH duno how to explain. Just accept it. -_-

Bwahahaha. So right.. maybe after so long of 'not playing', my recent bowling outing a couple of weeks/months(?) before that fortunate day of bowling, was the 'warm-up' to my good bowling day!

OMG I DAMN CHEONG HEI(long-winded) I JUST REALISED.

ANYWAY, MY FINAL POINT AND PROBABLY MOST IMPORTANT POINT WOULD BE...

    *drum rolls*

    .
    .
    .

    WII BOWLING!!!

HAHAHA! this could be the reason behind it all. that 'good bowling' day was my first 'real bowling' ever since I got my Wii and that could be the reason behind my improvement. And omg omg if that is proven correct, I would become a living evidence of how playing Wii can actually improve your skills in any real life sports or games they have for the Wii.

    Awesome.

But then again, after all of that, I just have a fishy feeling that the next time I bowl, I will suck again like how I used to. Wow. So much for my reasonings. :/

    My Mid-Year Resolutions

*I'm on a super tight schedule. So here goes:

Hello. Seeing that I've failed all of my New-Year Resolutions this year, I am gonna start a new one afresh. It'll probably look the same. Just reworded. Then WTH do I need to post this up right?! SUKA LAH! LET ME BE!!!!1 Hmmph.

  • To be far less self-conscious when it comes to interacting with other people.
  • To participate in tutorials. Despite whether I have anything extra-intelligent to say or not.
  • To not be late for assignment submissions. And if, I repeat IF, possible, start early.
  • To study harder and be more diligent in my studies. :(
  • To start more Hellos.
  • To participate in clubs and societies. <-- lol nat.
  • Improve body clock.
  • To hit the gym more often.

Ok. This post shall act as a reminder for the next 6 months.

C'mon Alex. You shape and decide your life.

    Random Bits and Pieces

Photos of food make me hungry. Even though I might have been glutted before I see the photos, just laying my eyes on the photos causes my tummy to grumble.

    Like this.

    *TUMMY GRUMBLES WTF

    So random.

But that explains my size I guess.

My previous post sounds weird after reading through it again today. But I guess it's the consequence of not sleeping at all the night before. Weird stuff happens.

Going for a pretty long holiday next week onwards. Kinda excited, but kinda double-minded about it too seeing that it's gonna eat up the rest of my already very consumed 'break'. And I haven't even finished posting my Japan Series up yet. Feeling very lazy atm.

Should I post about my first semester? I think I'll just post it in point form cause I might want to read it back next time.

  • Took 4 damn tough subjects for dunno what reason.
  • Kinda regretted double-majoring.
  • One of my INT units made me feel very 'distant' in every sense whatsoever for I dunno what reason.
  • I'm not that smart after all (funny how this appears in every post-semester summary. I think the more semesters I'm completing, the dumber I think I am).
  • Good English, while beneficial, doesn't get you very far in answering essays.
  • I'm becoming or already am essay-phobic. All we do are super-long and complex research essays here. I'm running out of ways to start an essay other than mentioning the 21st century, in this era, in today's world, or something about the rapid growth of globalization.
  • The noodles at the Indonesian stall in the cafeteria is very nice indeed.
  • Uncle's sandwiches in cafeteria still very convenient.
  • So is the fruits stall.
  • Late for almost every assignment submission. Come to think of it, I think I was only 'not late' for one assignment. Must not repeat actions in the semesters to come, please. Because of that grades dropped pretty drastically for nothing.
  • Several assignments of mine I did from midnight till 9-10am that morning. Really, really unhealthy. Must not repeat actions.
  • Not active at all in uni.. yet.
  • VERY VERY UNHEALTHY BODY CLOCK FOR FIRST SEMESTER
  • Might update list.

Shit the last point reminded me of my 2008 new-year resolutions! LEMME GO CHECK SEEING THAT THE MID-YEAR IS APPROACHING ALREADY. OR HAS ALREADY APPROACHED OMG.

    *ok checked. Damn disappointing.

  • To have a better body clock [FAILED]
  • To participate more among friends [FAILED]
  • To socialise better [FAILED]
  • To be less cowardly [FAILED]
  • To live a healthier lifestyle [FAILED]

    Hi failure Alex.

But I must prevail and keep strong. For tomorrow will be a new day.

Wow you can't imagine how difficult it took me to find words to explain things the way I want to for this post. Either it's the time of the day or my vocabulary sucks balls. I think it's the latter coz this is not the only time I am struggling to find words from my mind. And most of the time, I don't find them. So I replace them with other words which sometimes makes my sentences confusing and... nonsensical. O well.

I shall post about my improved bowling skillx in the next post. LOL OVER 100 BEAT THAT SUCKERS HAHAHA.

    At Looooooooooooong Last

There's an extra skip in each of my steps today.

    I wonder why.

Oh, how could I let it slip off my mind?

    Cliched, overdone, redundant, unnecessary, whatever.

    but

For the beast has been slained, rejoice! Hopes he doesn't reincarnate and gobble the whole of me up. Will know our respective fates - our, being the beast's and mine - sometime next month.

    But for now,

    "IT'S OVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!11"

SEM 1, YEAR 2, WORST SEMESTER YET, OFFICIALLY OVER.
