It's bothering me

The statement, 'what goes around, comes around.'

Is it even,
true?

I know those with a strong religious mind will believe in that strongly. But being a not so religious person, I beg to differ.

If I put glue on my friend's chair, will I get gum on my shoes sometime not long after?

Those instances when something bad actually happened when you did something bad, are all I believe, coincidences.

One of the reasons would be,
I can see many successful ppl who aren't that nice of a person if you get to know him or her. I also see many nice, kind, (whatever positive adjective u can find) people living miserably and not as happily as the others.

I believe having this 'karma' belief is mostly what a mastermind has invented ages ago. When something bad happens, everyone looks for something to blame. And when the fingers are pointed, it normally ends unhappily. Having no one to blame but themselves actually not only prevents any misunderstandings but also makes everyone try their very best to NOT do anything evil (insert evil smiley here) as they do not want anything to happen unto them.
So at the end of the day, everyone becomes nice.

I want to clear something up.

some driving questions I would like the answers to:

1)You are reversing straight without any turn then you want to turn left, meaning the back of your car will move towards the right. When you turn, do the left side of ur car 'makan' any more space than what it originally 'makan-ed'? Like move to the left more abit. Does it?

2)Do you think the left side mirror is not as easy to see as the other 2 mirrors?

3)Agree with estimation of cars distance from the mirrors is not something you get immediately when you first started driving?

4)Parking for the first few weeks/months is not as easy as you thought it was?

5)That it sucks to be involved in an accident?

Luck

Do you believe in luck?

I remember my brother triggered this question in my head a few years back or something.
For one, he said he didn't believe in luck and gave some 'beat around the bush' explanation on why it cannot be possible. I wouldn't know if he still thinks the same but that's not the point now.

The thing is,
I feel like I'm on a streak of... negative luck. (yea i'm superstitious. so wat?)

So yesterday, my friends and I decided to rest. I said to them. Ok. I'm taking Australia. I'm not betting but I'm taking Australia. See what happens. If Australia wins with the handicap, means my luck is coming back.

Had a minor setback with my driving this morning. Super bad luck. Not minor to some extent. But it was still part of the bad luck thing I'm under I think.

Everyday I tell myself,

Some may argue they had something bad happen in the morning and that night it became the luckiest night of their lives.

I'm now happily enjoying the cool air-conditioned at Taylor's, blogging.

There's this guy behind me who kept groaning or releasing some weird sound once every few minutes. He sounds like he's crying/laughing.
Ok I just looked back. He's surfing wikipedia. I think it's for his project for SAM. I think like almost all of us, he has gone either totally insane or dwelled into depression.

Ok.
Today is the first day after 2 long weeks of holidays. Sigh. Damn tired. Friends also noticed the heavy eyebags at my eyes. :( I hate waking up early.

The week of college before the holidays being the exam week, I got my exam results today. Omg.
I duno wat to say. At first I was quite satisfied. But I ended up being very disappointed because it isn't very good. Dunooooo ler.
Honestly, I felt like I did my best for Specialist Maths. I was happy with the outcome, but the result is still so insufficient. Just not enough.

Dem tired now.

Sure sleeping early today.
After Australia vs Japan I guess.

Holidays ended

My longest break of the year has reached its end.

My supposed plan of watching the 4 movies I listed has failed miserably as expected.
In the end, I only managed to watch 2 out of 4.. and it was for 2 days straight on Friday and Saturday.

I watched Over The Hedge on Friday with the guys before departing to Subang for some cafe session.



The movie was quite funny at parts. Quite good I would say but doesn't deserve any more praises than that. It was soooo much better than Chicken Little but that's not saying much. There were parts I laughed my head off but the movie didn't really leave a lasting impression on me. Funny ler, but just that. Entertaining to watch.
I'm not picky.

I watched X-Men 3 : The Last Stand just now.



Superrrrrrrrrrr gaya!
The fighting scenes were extremely 'kan cheong'.
Got some parts I just had to whisper into my friend's ear, "Damn gaya!"
Omg serious la damn gaya.
I don't care what the X-Men fanatics are saying but this movie is great! I know this movie didn't really please some ppl but it certainly pleased me!

Bwahahaha.

So now,
I still need to watch Poseidon and Da Vinci Code.
But I'm removing Poseidon from the list because it is not really a MUST watch for me now.
I've also added another to my list eventhough my college is about to start on Monday.

Eh after the X-Men, I attended some sort of a gathering at a very very expensive japanese buffet, Shogun in 1U.
Not really worth it la. I did not have much appetite anyway. Aih. Summore got a little bit of stomachache.
Terrible night for buffet.
I was trying so hard to make it worth it that I took so much Salmon the 2nd round.

Really couldn't eat in the end. :/
Had a great time meeting ppl I didn't meet for a few months now.
MY biggest regret was only not talking as much to the other ppl from the other table.
Must communicate more wat!
I hope I didnt come across as arrogant or something.

College starting on Monday, like I said.
I'm okay with it. Already trying to withstand the boulders of pressure that are gonna mount on me.

World Cup 2006

I've just watched the opening match - Germany vs Costa Rica.

The match ended 4-2 btw and the commentator said it was a very high scoring match for an opening match. How would I know anyway. My craze for football came 3-4 years ago.

Anywayz,
It was pretty exciting because I was betting on Costa Rica with the handicap but I lost half cause Germany scored a wonder goal at the 87th minute. WTF?!

Games are always nicer to watch if you bet on a team. =)

I'm totally heated up for this world cup. Yeah.

Weeeeeeeeeee.

I got myself ready by purchasing a World Cup 2006 Guidebook which had posters charts and all in it. Pretty worth it.

I tend to support the underdogs for competitions so I'm all out for Ivory Coast and Australia! Gogo Toure. Gogo Viduka.
I also support England because I watch the EPL(:/).
I don't have a specific team I don't like but being asian, it's weird that I do not really enjoy South Korea much. Or Japan for that matter. I hope Iran goes far though.


It sux cause I know several courses which are having their holidays right now. WTF. Mine just ended. ARGH. WTF LERRRRRRRRRZZZZzz.

But try la.. to watch some important matches. Hmm.

I WAS NERVOUS AS HELL.
I NEVER FELT SO NERVOUS BEFORE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.
I DONT FEEL SO NERVOUS FOR NORMAL ACADEMICS EXAMINATION.

BUT I WAS SUPER NERVOUS THIS TIME.

SO ANYWAY,

I CAME SO EARLY IN THE MORNING, WAITING FOR MY NUMBER TO BE CALLED.
IN THE END, I WAITED A TOTAL OF 5 HOURS AND 45 MINUTES UNTIL MY NUMBER WAS CALLED TO GO ON THE ROAD.

HA-HA-HA.

MY NUMBER WAS "36". THEY CALLED 33,34,35,37,38 SO EARLY BUT NOT 36 I DONT KNOW WHY.

BUT WHEN I WAS WALKING TO THE WAITING FOR THE ON THE ROAD TEST AREA, ONE OFFICER STOPPED ME AND ASKED,"AWAK NOMBOR 36??" I SAID YES AND HE BROUGHT ME TO A NEARER CAR WHICH I HAD TO REVERSE. I COULDNT MAKE THE CAR MOVE. IT WAS DIFFERENT CAUSE IT HAD AIRCON ON AND IT WAS QUITE NEW. HAHAHHAHA I THOUGHT TO MYSELF. I WAS SO NERVOUS I TOT HE WILL FAIL ME FOR SURE WHEN I ASKED,"KENAPA MACAM INI??? TAK BOLEH BERGERAK" HE SOUNDED SO PISSED AND SAID TEKAN LAGI OIL LEPAS CLUTCH!!!!

HAAHAHA IN THE END IT MOVED. BUT MANUALING THAT CAR SUX. I PREFER MY INSTRUCTOR"S EASY TO MOVE CAR. HAHAHAHAH AND WHEN I ENDED THE WHOLE JOURNEY, I SAW I PASSED. DAMN HAPPY. HALF BURDEN GONE.

Talking back about the officer in the car testing me, when he sounded irritated.. i really thought it was all over there. Thank God something happened. Miracle I think. I didnt let the engine die but I couldnt make the car move. SUX. WELL OF COURSE I DID IN THE END.

I waited a while again for the "hill-parking-3ptturn" combo.

My instructor was there... before I went, he told me his students ALL passed today.. he looked so proud.. like never happened before. Since I'm the last one of his students to be tested, I was like shit. Additional pressure.

He purposely chose a car for me.. BUT OMG WHAT HAPPENED SO EMBARASSING.
THERE WASNT THAT MANY PPL BUT MY FIRST ATTEMPT ON THE SLOPE FAILED MISERABLY. I CAN ACTUALLY HEAR MY INSTRUCTOR GROANING. EITHER IN ANGER OR EMBARASSMENT I DONT KNOW.

The freaking car jerked up jerked up jerked up before I stopped BEFORE the yellow line.

THE MAN on top asked me for my number and asked me to go again.. MY JOURNEY UP WAS SMOOTHER BUT!!!

But, I actually felt I stopped far too early and same with my first try.
OMG I WAS SO SAD THAT TIME.
I THOUGHT I ALREADY FAILED. SO LONG WAITED FOR NOTHING.
But that guy ask me to go on..
So I went over that hill and down and stopped the car somewhere..
And when to sign the form.. and on the way to the hill, I prayed and prayed and prayed for a miracle.

Parking.. my favourite. Cause I love to enter tight spaces and the turning and all is fun.

BUT WHAT DO U KNOW? IT WAS MY WORST EVER PARKING. WHY. WHY MUST IT HAPPEN EVERY TIME. IT WAS PERFECT DURING PRACTICE.

This time, my car was far too out parked. I THINK IT WAS RIGHT ON THE WHITE LINE. An officer in charge stopped and checked. With a reluctant face, he asked me to continue and go to the 3 point turn.

AH?! I THOUGHT FAILED MEANS GET OUT? OR ASK ME TO ENTER AGAIN AS IT IS NOT 5 MINS YET?

SO I WENT TO THE 3 POINT TURN AND DID IT PROPERLY. MY CAR HAD A LOUD VROOOOOOOM SOUND THROUGHOUT THE PARKING AND THE 3 POINT TURN BY THE WAY. I DONT KNOW WHY. IT DIDNT HAPPEN DURING PRACTICE.

I think i heard the officers actually saying "aiyoh". I THINK THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT MY CAR!!!

Anyway, I think the loud sound is caused by the aircon. U need to press additional oil and I couldnt release the clutch cause everytime I attempt, the car will jerk like a monkey.

SO I STOPPED MY CAR AFTER THAT SOMEWHERE AND WENT TO SIGN THE FORM.

I SAW LULUS TICKED EVERYWHERE

My Hair and I

Ladies and gentlemen,
this,



is my hair. (frontview)

are my eyes.

I have not had a haircut for a long long time and thus my hair has grown very very long; to the extent of it become sort of an annoyance.



THAT boy right there(yes it's a boy), is me.
As you can cleary see, the long hair in front, clearly 'interacts' with my eyes.

It hurts.

My eyes gets sooo bloody itchy and dry. Thx to my hair.
I realised I can't have long hair. It disturbs my vision and hurts my eyes.
Other ppl especially those from other countries can without a problem. Because their eyes are set deeper in. Unlike mine. :(

I will be going for a haircut soon. I think the haircut will happen the day the next time I wake up. I want a new fresher look actually. Bye style #46 of mine(random).

On another note,
I am using a new computer. It's much better compared to my old one anyway. Not new as in new new but just new in a sense that it's newer and it's a replacement for my old one. I'm actually using my dad's one last time(which is better than mine). It's great and all but unfortunately, it's not all perfect. There's something wrong. My computer keeps restarting itself during games. I checked and it says something wrong with the installation of a new hardware/software and they asked me to check. But HOW IN THE WORLD AM I GOING TO CHECK when EVERYTHING I installed is new?! Sigh. I guess I gotta call some technicians.

No games till then. :(
Sigh. Why can't I have anything perfect? Why must there be a flaw somewhere everytime.
